  07 Jan 2003; J Robert Ray <jrray@gentoo.org> : Version bump to 0.4.0b.
  Upstream tarball is named wavemon-current, so manually placed a tarball with
  the version in the filename onto ibiblio, to avoid future problems and a
  collision with the 0.3.3 ebuild.  Global CFLAGS are now respected.
