Not looked too deeply into, but seems to be attemting
to use bluez. Most tests from this package are likely
not very relevant without an actual test device plus
while stuck in sandbox.

Does not cover everything, there are some more "custom" checks
that may either abort or skip. This is for the generic top
level one that is the same across all of dev-qt/*:6
Afaik none of these should be able to trigger right now, but
not impossible been overlooking if it just been skipped.
Skipping+succeeding on tinderboxes that use minimal dependencies
may especially lead to confusing issues without this.

May(?) need a revbump given updating to libcxx-17 while built against
<17 unpatched could give symbol issues, ...but let's spare having
everyone rebuild, esp given by the time llvm:17 is released may have
qtwebengine-6.5.3 in the tree to trigger a build.

Doesn't really matter when only one argument is passed but let us do it
properly.

Still needed, as it turns out. In the past we did it using the upstream
setup.py option --resource-path but that seems to be broken in PEP-517
mode, and a single echo call utilising ebuild helper functions and
variables produces exactly the same result.
