This new revision updates the Debian patchlevel from 14 to 15. Some
other minor cleanups were made:
* No longer append -Wall to CFLAGS (why?).
* Clear the gnu/stripgcc.lnk in src_prepare() instead of using sed to
disable it in src_compile(). Doing so in src_prepare() is more
semantically correct, and should work the same.
* Don't pass ARJLIBDIR, CC, libdir, ADD_LDFLAGS, or pkglibdir to emake.
I think these are obsolete; the build system correctly identifies my
libdir, compiler, CFLAGS, LDFLAGS, etc.
* Add a few more docs, and switch to using the DOCS variable.
* Use the default src_compile() and src_install().

This commit represents a new era for Gentoo:
Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS.
This commit is the start of the NEW history.
Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point.
Creation process:
1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot
2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files
3. Transform all Manifests to thin
4. Remove empty Manifests
5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$
5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags.
