Adding a first draft of samba-4.7
There may be patches available upstream or already included that will allow
Active Directory flag to be enabled while retaining system-mitkrb5; future
revisions will make the necessary adjustments if it can be made to work.

This commit is missing the DIST entry for
samba-disable-python-patches-4.4.0.tar.xz, and the distfile is not
available.
This reverts commit bedb32a1fbb6675c639446b39d25d4f13e2d4b67.

Same huge patch with a few necessary modifications.

This is the first attempt at a multilib-capable samba. The patch that allows building samba
without a multilib-capable python is very large but only disables samba objects that need
python; there are likely many other objects that can be disabled as well to make the alt-ABI
build more efficient.

Added two new USE flags:
-addc controls installation of Active Directory Domain Controller
functionality
-system-mitkrb5 uses app-crypt/mit-krb5 instead of app-crypt/heimdal
Re-added pam USE flag although samba still unconditionally links against
libpam when being found on the system. USE flag controls installation of
pam modules for now. Slightly reworked ebuilds. Added missing files for
samba-4.3

This commit represents a new era for Gentoo:
Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS.
This commit is the start of the NEW history.
Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point.
Creation process:
1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot
2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files
3. Transform all Manifests to thin
4. Remove empty Manifests
5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$
5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags.
