Added a patch by Nelchael (use pushd/popd, allow use of CMAKE_IN_SOURCE_BUILD, define LIB_INSTALL_DIR) and cmake-utils_use_want by Ingmar to allow usage of the eclass by applications that need -DWANT_blah.
