Adding a new category called sys-darwin:
sys-darwin will include darwin specific system stuff (things that don't belong
in categories like sys-libs, sys-apps) If you check the packages.build for
the macos profiles you'll notice there's a lot of currently 'injected' packages
that do not really fit in other categories. This is where they should go.
No darwin apps here, just hardcore darwin system stuff
