Multiple Gentoo services at a single sponsor will be migrating to a new
physical location at some point in the coming weeks.

There will be a variety of downtimes, some possibly at short notice to iron
out the migration issues.

2023-02-28 06:00 UTC: migration cutover starting.

2023-02-28 09:00 UTC: bugs & wiki have been migrated to other hosts while the
original hosts are offline.

forums.gentoo.org is not yet running, and may be a few days.
