Subject: [PATCH] asm-generic/fcntl.h: namespace kernel file structs
No one should be using these structs, but just in case they are,
keep them available in the __kernel_ namespace.
Otherwise, trying to include something like:
#include <fcntl.h>
#include <linux/inotify.h>
leads to horrible failure.
