This time the howtos should finally work as we're mirroring the archives ourselves. Please note that mini-howto-ps and howto-text aren't on the server yet (they're on their way). Someone with a fast connection should generate digests, or maybe ssh into cvs.gentoo.org and do it from there as they are in distfiles-local.
