Make exim.rc6 use reasonable defaults in case of missing
/etc/conf.d/exim. This is simply because I updated exim.rc6 directly,
which is also used by exim-3.33, which doesn't install the conf.d
snippet. In other words, I'm trying to keep from stranding anybody.
