- Network tests now controlled by DIST_TEST_OVERRIDE=network support

Upstream:
- Rewrite using Mojolicious
- Implement version 2.0 of MusicBrainz API

Keywords:
- Dropped ppc/ppc64 due to new Mojolicious dep
