sys-apps/coreutils: style & comment changes
* Make comments a bit more readable with whitespace, punctuation, and consistent bug references. * Use 'long form' ifs rather than boolean shortcuts to aid readability. * Use consistent semicolon style Signed-off-by: David Seifert <soap@gentoo.org>
